Snacky snack snack snack snack

For some, it is potato chips. For others, it might be crackers. For the smart ones, it is an apple or a banana. For me, it's eggs.

When I am hungry and need a little snack, I fry up some eggs. Over medium with Tabasco. So freaking good.

What is your snack?

All natural peanut butter - eaten with a spoon out of the jar!

First of all- love your blog! Can't wait to try the minestrone soup! My snack is a bowl of cereal. Preferably a kind that is a little too sweet for mornings, but perfect for a snack.
Yummmmmmm

Scrambled eggs! When I don't know what else I want, scrambled eggs are totally my go to snack! And if that doesn't work, apple slices with white cheddar. Or both!

I wish there were just one. Frozen grapes--I break 'em up when I get 'em home from the store and into individual sandwich bags.

Or hummus. With Food Should Taste Good chips.

Or Popchips. It's not healthy or natural or perfect choice, but I'll be damned if they're not amazingly tasty and less guilt-inducing.

So here are my snacks: tablespoon of cream cheese with salsa poured over it eaten with reduced fat Wheat Thins, of my Mom’s specialty is a scrambled egg sandwich, which is as follow; both slices of bread buttered and 2 eggs scrambled and sandwiched in-between the 2 slices of bread. Can you say Yum Yum Yum. Or my last resort is apples or celery smothered in peanut butter.

(yes, I am reading through your archives and commenting on posts you made millions of years ago)

I've decided that I would like for you to live in my kitchen and cook for me. Or at least tell me how to make eggs over medium that actually turn out over medium instead of hard.

You are my new hero.
