Dear Santa,
You have failed me. I have been wanting a Le Creuset 6 3/4 Quart Oval French Oven in robin's egg blue for years. And yet again, I didn't find one under the tree. Thanks a whole lot for nothing. Yes, I understand, it's like 250 bills, but come on! I could make some of the most AMAZING food in that thing. Oh well, there's always next year.
Respectfully yours,
Whitney

Dear Whitney,
I keep waiting for you to be a good girl, and every year you let me down. Here's hoping you can pull it together for next year.
Respectfully,
Santa
Hahahaha, girl, I've been wanting one of those for several years..last year my hubby frequented the Goodwill and brought me home a used YELLOW one...hello...what the heck was he thinking..but to be honest...that thing ROCKS!
sure is perty.
What a freak.
I bet I could even make something yummy in a pot like that! Thanks for the recipe!
P.S. My word verification is "dresses"!
be prepared to be irate:
a few weeks ago I was browsing craigslist where some idiot BYU student was selling her le creuset. why? you ask....
"we got it at our wedding and don't have any space for it."
selling price: 20$ BRAND NEW!!!
she also mentioned that it was "big enough to cook a whole turkey!"
i inquired but was, unfortunately too late.
Ha, Sue you are funny. Whit teach me what I could make. I got one last year and have only used it twice. I want to be a Le Creuset pro.
i do not have the fancy Le Creuset - but i do have a made by martha stewart round and cook just about everything in it. I will put in a good word for you to Santa.
Whitney-
If you have a Home Goods nearby, I saw some there - I think they were priced around $39 or so - but no robin's egg blue. Maybe you would have luck looking there.
Santa forgot to give me the exact same present. Time to stage a revolution.
