so I am obsessed with Thai food and Indian food. All of my Indian food attempts have greatly failed, and a couple of thai attempts have just been nothing like Bangkok Thai (our favorite). Thank you...THANK YOU...for posting this! My special ingredients are in the mail! Now Dan and I just have to count down till next Wednesday, where massaman curry is on the menu! seriously, THANK YOU! you rock!
