Mango Batido
1 cup mango sorbet
½ cup vanilla ice cream
½ cup chopped fresh mango, plus mango slices, for garnish
½ cup cold milk
1 to 2 Tbsp honey, or more to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a 10-ounce glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a mango slice and mint sprig, if desired.
Rookie’s Notes: Haagen Daz makes really good fruit sorbets. And you can get them in the pint size, which is perfect for a recipe like this.
