Wow, I haven't posted a recipe in forever. Sorry. But I have good reason. Reason: my computer doesn't like to work. She is lazy and won't wake up. Hopefully this weekend, I will be able to get her going. Rest assured that I have some great recipes coming. Things like Eggplant Pomodoro and Caramel Apple Strudel. I think I will be posting a Fresh Peach Crisp as well. So stay with me ladies, I will return.
