How lucky am I?

Hot diggity. Ethan made vanilla bean creme brulee tonight and I just had one of them. And it was one of the best things I have eaten all week. It was smooth and dreamy and crunchy with the caramelized sugar on top. And now I am going to bed with a happy tummy. Ahhhhh.

Mmmm, sounds divine and I have some vanilla beans AND I've never used them before or made creme brulee. Looks like it's a sign.
