Le Creuset Stockpot (and other goodies) Giveaway

Now is the time for soup.

To get you started, I have an excellent giveaway. And I use the word excellent in very serious terms.

My favorite fall/winter soup is White Bean Chicken Chili. Not sure if that counts as a "soup" though. I'm also a fan of Chicken Tortilla Soup....either way, win-win :)

I love your blog and I love soup :) It's so hard to pick favorites!

I bought this organic mushroom broth earlier this week and made a veggie soup with whatever was in the fridge - mushrooms, some celery, carrots, and thyme. Put some instant rice in the bottom of the bowl, pour over, and let sit :) Heaven!

Right now I make soups in my biggest pot, I would LOVE a stock pot.

My favourite soup is my mom's Split Pea Soup with Farmer Sausage. It will be the first soup I make for my husband when we finally move to a larger apartment where I will have a stove!!

I have two I love. One is a curried butternut squash soup and the other is a baked potato soup. Both are Cooking Light recipes and are so lush and fall-ish and delish!

My beautiful neighbor taught me how to a boil a whole chicken, and use the broth to make a soup loaded with veg. Complete with corn cob halves, and topped with fresh cilantro, sliced avocado, and a squeeze of lime. For this true rookie, it was a revelation, and completely changed the way I view soup. Combine that with your soup guide, and I've made many a fine soup since. Her original chicken veg. still remains a favorite though. YUM! I love Fall. =)

I would LOVE that pot!!! So cute and so practical! I have to say my favorite fall/winter soup is corn chowder....if, that is, chowders do count. If not, then butternut squash soup, but I will have to try the parsnip.

My favorite fall soup is butternut squash. But, my husband doesn't like it so I make it for my friends. I have learned to use butternut squash as a base for other soups (tortilla) and he never knows.

oh boy. my favorite soup is creamy pumpkin with cinnamon and curry. it never tastes quite the same because i've never bothered to write down the recipe, but it is creamy and spicy and delicious. i'm so excited fall is here so i can make it again!

My all time favorite soup is Cheesy Potato Soup. It has a little kick to it as I add a jalapeno or two. Served with warm bread it is the perfect way to stay warm when there's a nip in the air.

My very favorite winter soup would have to be chicken tortellini soup. My Mom used to make it all the time for us when we were kids and I never seemed to get tired of it. Yummy, cheese tortellini, big chunks of chicken, and lots of yummy vegetables - what could be better? :)

Ooh--a tie between tortilla soup (with plenty of crunchy tortilla strips on top) or butternut squash made with coconut milks and just a teeny hint on ginger. Can't wait for the cold weather to hit the southwest--soup is about 500% better when it's cold outside!

Not just to butter you up, but I made your Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup last night (seriously) and my family LOVED it! With five kids who are picky eaters that almost never happens, unless its pizza or McDonalds. So that is our family's new favorite soup.

I took a cooking class once at Mesa Community College only to realize that I knew nothing about cooking and that everyone else in the class did. We made this amazing Pumpkin soup and I am still trying to duplicate it. No such luck. Maybe you could help me out.

Hm...I'm totally not a soup person, but I have 2 favorites...okay 3 favorites. On second though, maybe I like soup. Favs include Moosewood's Lentil soup, and also their Hungarian mushroom soup. Lastly, I have a big soft spot for butternut squash soup. :)

Last fall I made a delicious Pumpkin Curry soup. It was not only the best soup I've ever made but it was one of the best meals I've ever made. So good.

My favorite soup has to be "Taste like lasagna soup," a Paula Dean recipe. Unlike most of her stuff, it is not laden wtih butter so I feel like I am eating something good for me. And get this, it really taste like lasagna :)

My favorite homemade soup is your creamy chicken and rice soup. Made it for the teachers at our school last year and they loved it, too. I also like the tuscan bean (or something like that) at Zupas. Soup is yummy, but lots of work so a bowl made by someone else every once in a while is a pretty good deal.

My favorite fall/winter soup is DEFINITELY chili. Can't live without it. I make it with ground chicken and lots of veggies...and of course serve it with lots of cheddar cheese. I also like to eat it with rice. Weird... BUT DELICIOUS!

It is the best on a chilly day with a yummy piece of fresh baked bread! I am suddenly wishing it was freezing cold and storming outside so I could make that for dinner and sit on my couch with my tivo and a blanket and a big bowl of soup! :) Rookie Cookie, you rock.

What a wonderful giveaway as the season begins to change. My favorite fall soup is a Smokey corn, potato and turkey kielbasa chowder... the smoky is from the "sausage" and the smoked gouda that is added at the end.... so yummy and easy- can be made fresh or from canned/frozen ingredients :o)

Wow, what a great give-away! My favorite fall soup is Apple Cider Onion Soup. I had it at a restaurant in Stowe, VT, and I knew I needed to find the recipe so I could make it at home. It is just a little sweet, and is super yummy with asiago croutons :)

potato corn chowder, cheesy with bacon bits

white bean chili with chicken....multi colored beans make it so pretty!

Does Jumbalaya count as soup? I doubt it. My favorite is a creamy tomato basil, with fresh basil. Or buy it from Ottavios...too bad they sold their restaurant and switched to Costco-only. I think that cheapens the experience...mmmmmm, soup....

My favorite soup is a cannellini bean soup with garlic, prosciutto and parmesan rinds. So yummy!

We have been living on soup here...its a staple in our house in the Fall and Winter months! My Favorite Soup would have to be Chicken Corn Sweet Potato Soup. Its delicious!

i love soup. i've made soup 3 times in the last week. but i think my favorite is chicken noodle with homestyle noodles. That with some sweet potato biscuits on the side is my ultimate comfort food.
